1. Operator & Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of myunitedsports.com ("Platform"), operated by:

By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

United Sports provides:

• (a) Live and historical sports data (scores, standings, statistics, fixtures)
• (b) AI-generated match analyses and previews for entertainment purposes
• (c) Push notifications for match events (opt-in)
• (d) Links to third-party commercial services (betting platforms, ticketing, streaming, accommodation)

IMPORTANT: We do not offer gambling, sports betting, or financial services of any kind. AI analyses are entertainment content only.

3. Age Requirement — 18+

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

This restriction applies because the Platform contains affiliate links to regulated sports betting services (Bet365, etc.), which are available only to adults under applicable law.

We reserve the right to terminate any account where we reasonably suspect the user is under 18.

4. Registration & Account

• 4.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• 4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• 4.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• 4.4 You may only create one account per person.
• 4.5 We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans & Pricing

All prices include applicable VAT. Prices are displayed in EUR. We reserve the right to change prices with 14 days' advance notice.

Subscriptions begin immediately upon confirmed payment. Monthly plans renew automatically on the same day of each month until cancelled.

6. Payment

6.1 All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal).

6.2 You authorize us to automatically charge your stored payment method at the start of each billing period.

6.3 If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features. We will attempt to notify you via email.

6.4 We do not store your full payment card details. These are held exclusively and securely by Stripe.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers — Widerrufsrecht)

7.1 As an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service contracts without providing a reason.

7.2 WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT: Pursuant to § 356 Abs. 5 BGB and Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal expires immediately upon commencement of the digital service — provided you have given explicit prior consent and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal at the time of purchase.

7.3 When completing a purchase on our Platform, you will be asked to check a box explicitly consenting to immediate service delivery and confirming that you understand this waives your right of withdrawal.

7.4 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal BEFORE service commencement (i.e., before you have clicked "Start Now" or equivalent), contact us at: vitali.business@icloud.com with your name, email, and order reference.

Model Withdrawal Declaration (Muster-Widerrufsformular):
"I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following service: [subscription name]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Email: [your email]."

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 You may cancel your Pro or Elite subscription at any time via your account settings.

8.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.

8.3 No refunds are issued for unused portions of the current billing period, except as required by mandatory consumer protection law.

8.4 The Daily Pass is a one-time, 24-hour access grant and cannot be refunded once activated.

9. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer

All AI-generated match analyses, predictions, previews, and commentary produced on this Platform are created for entertainment and informational purposes only.

They do NOT constitute:

• Financial advice
• Investment recommendations
• Sports betting advice or tips
• Guaranteed predictions of any kind

The operator assumes NO LIABILITY for any decisions — financial, betting, or otherwise — made based on AI-generated content from this Platform. The accuracy of AI analyses depends on available data and algorithmic factors and cannot be guaranteed.

By using AI analysis features, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.

10. Affiliate Links & Commercial Partnerships — Pflichthinweis (Mandatory Disclosure)

10.1 This Platform contains affiliate links and advertising content, which are marked with "#Ad" or "Advertisement" labels wherever they appear.

10.2 Our current affiliate partners include:

• Bet365 (online sports betting)
• StubHub (event ticketing)
• DAZN (sports streaming)
• Booking.com (hotel reservations)

These partnerships are managed via Commission Junction (CJ Affiliate).

10.3 When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up, we may receive a commission. This commission does not increase the price you pay.

10.4 We are not responsible for the content, quality, terms, or practices of any third-party services linked on this Platform. Any disputes with third-party services must be resolved directly with those providers.

10.5 SPORTS BETTING WARNING: Betting and gambling services (e.g., Bet365) are regulated activities and may be illegal or restricted in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying whether such services are legally available to you before clicking any related link. We do not encourage or facilitate illegal gambling.

10.6 Gambling and betting services advertised on this Platform are for adults only. If you are under 18, you must not use any linked betting services.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 The United Sports brand, logo, design, and all original content (including AI-generated analyses produced through our service) are the property of or licensed to Vitali Mehlmann.

11.2 Sports data (scores, fixtures, statistics) is provided by RapidAPI / API-Football under their respective data license.

11.3 You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from this Platform without prior written consent.

11.4 You may share individual match results or AI analysis text for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., social media posts) provided you attribute "myunitedsports.com."

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• (a) Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• (b) Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our API or database
• (c) Share your account credentials with others
• (d) Create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions
• (e) Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• (f) Resell or redistribute AI analyses commercially without written permission
• (g) Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• (h) Impersonate another user or person
• (i) Upload or transmit malicious code of any kind

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's liability for damages is limited exclusively to cases of intentional misconduct (Vorsatz) and gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit).

13.2 We are specifically NOT liable for:

• Inaccuracies or errors in sports data provided by third-party APIs
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Downtime or unavailability of the Platform or any integrated service
• Losses arising from decisions made based on Platform content
• Actions or failures of third-party affiliate services
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure credentials

13.3 We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, API outages, force majeure events, and third-party service failures are explicitly excluded from liability.

14. Platform Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Platform for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. Where possible, we will provide advance notice. No compensation is owed for temporary unavailability.

15. Modifications to the Platform & Terms

15.1 We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time.

15.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email to registered users and by posting the updated Terms on this page.

15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Account Termination

16.1 You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting vitali.business@icloud.com.

16.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or poses a risk to other users or the Platform, without prior notice in serious cases.

16.3 Upon termination, your access to paid features ends. Accrued data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention periods.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

17.1 These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

17.2 For disputes with merchants (Kaufleute), the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Oldenburg, Germany.

17.3 For disputes with consumers resident in EU member states, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected by this clause.

We are not obligated or willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
